The Process

What We Do

The customer can send the enquiry in either by email, post or in person. We ask for drawings, specification, and the postcode so we can check any technical requirements.

An estimate is prepared and sent to the customer for their consideration.

When the customer has accepted the estimate, is happy with our proposal and paid the deposit, it becomes a live project.

We can work to sizes and/or templates supplied by the customer, or arrange for a surveyor to carry out a site survey, depending on the project. if it has bespoke elements, we can use a 3D scan of the apertures to ensure a perfect fit.

In most cases we can offer an installation service and will liaise with architects and other trades to ensure the smooth running of the project from start to finish.
